The German government has granted over 50,000 visas to skilled workers and trainees from third-world countries under the Skilled Immigration Act.
In March 2020, the Regulation took effect.
So far, more than 50,000 visas have been issued under the Skilled Immigration Act despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Germany's Ministry of the Interior, Building and Home Affairs recently announced the news.
