1.2. DAAD Scholarships: How much is the Funding?
Scholarships from the DAAD do not have to be repaid.
The DAAD Scholarships usually consist of a monthly payment and a travel allowance.
The monthly scholarship payment of the DAAD scholarship is, for example, €861 for graduates and €1,200 for doctoral/Ph.D. students.

The standard funding period is two years. After obtaining unconditional acceptance into doctoral studies at a German University, Ph.D. Students receive a scholarship of €1.200 per month. The standard funding period for Ph.D. scholars is three years.
The Konrad-Adenauer Scholarship is also funding research stays in Germany for a minimum of three semesters.
3. Kofi Annan MBA Scholarships
The Kofi Annan Scholarship is for emerging leaders with a desire to contribute to the growth of their home country.
Scholarships are available for a two-year Masters in Management (MIM) course or one year of full-time MBA education at German universities.
To apply, students must hold a Bachelor’s degree with high-quality academic records. International applicants must have strong English language skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of his/her home country.
3.1. Kofi Annan MBA Scholarships: How much is the Funding?
The Kofi Annan Scholarship program supports the candidates with a full tuition fee for the courses.
For example, €25,000 for Masters in Management students and €43,500 for MBA students plus visa and travel expenses and renting costs and insurance.
4. Heinrich Böll Scholarships
The Heinrich Böll Foundation provides scholarships to international Ph.D. students of all academic subjects and nationalities who plan to study in Germany.

Scholarships are awarded to students who have been socially and politically engaged, have above the average academic records, and have an interest in the core values of the foundation of democracy and human rights, ecology and sustainability, self-determination, and justice.

The Heinrich Böll scholarship provides €850 per month for Masters Courses along with additional individual allowances.
